The Word of the Lord for 2008.

2008 comes with several prophetic promises for the body of Christ, particularly those who believe and receive the Word and allow it to grow to beyond seed form. 

1.  Open Gates for 2008.  'What appeared to be closed is now open.'  Doors, windows and gates that were shut will now open as God's people advance in faith.  Signs, wonders and miracles will be activated in many areas to make the impossible...possible!

2.  Year of Fulfilled Destiny.  Simply put, this means that God's plans, purposes and promises for His people are within reach.  The saints must be ready to move with God and possess their possessions and their inheritance in God.  Just as God had a place for Israel and defined their inheritance, God has things for His people that include inheritance, blessing, territory and dominion.  Longstanding issues are being resolved and answered prayers are manifesting.

We are a young, spirit-filled church with many young families who are walking in a dynamic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, doing life together and seeking to build the kingdom of God together, demonstrating the love and power of the kingdom within our lives and releasing and extending the love & power of the kingdom to others.

Our vision is to partner with Christ the King and Ephesians 4:11 ministries to build an apostolic-prophetic Church, flowing in spiritual power and kingdom authority, transforming lives and nations with the Gospel of the Kingdom and the Word of God.

Our name, Christ the King, reflects the place in history that Jesus Christ presently holds as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, ruling over an eternal kingdom that cannot be shaken.

The term 'apostolic' is intended to reflect our heart for the Church and our desire to build the church according to the pattern of Christ's apostles as laid out in the Bible [Acts 2:42]. The early apostles walked in Christ's anointing, duplicated his miracles, gave sound teaching and developed strong churches with strong leadership.
